The Certified Bank Ready Program offered by PSIB is a two-month extensive training program that covers all aspects of banking. The program is designed for aspiring bankers who want to join the branch banking operations. Upon completion of the program, candidates will be hired for various branch banking operations roles, such as teller executive, welcome desk officer, remittance officer, and cheque clearing officer.

In addition to introducing all aspects of banking, the Certified Bank Ready Program also focuses on soft skills and cross-selling of various third-party products. These skills have become integral to a branch-operations profile.
